Q: Must I be a PWPG member to race?

 

A: Yes, you do need to be a member. As a member, you will receive $10 per race entry at every round in Pac West® Moto Bucks redeemable at series dealer sponsors. (Restrictions apply. See membership for details).

 

Q: What if I’m coming only to practice, do I still have to pay for the weekend admission?

 

A: Yes, you will need to pay to get in the gate. If you leave on Saturday before the gate closes, you can have your armband cut off and refunded. You must be wearing your armband to receive a refund.

 

Q: Where do I purchase PWPG memberships at the track?

 

A: Your annual PWPG membership is purchased at the Pac West® trailer (Brothers Powersports).

 

Q: What is the Pro 50/50 class?

 

A: It’s a one moto, 3-lap race for expert/pro riders. Ticket stubs are sold all morning and the total pot raised is split 50/50 between the winning pro rider and the ticket stub holder. The Top 3 riders from Moto 1 in the 250 and 450 Pro classes are eligible to compete in the 3-lap money race. At the conclusion of the Pro 50/50 race, the winner will draw one ticket. That ticket stub holder is the winner of 50% of the pot.

 

Q: Can an electric bike race in any classes that have motors?

 

A: No electric motorcycles are eligible to compete in the 2020 PacWest® MX Series.

 

Q: Can a Beginner ride any class?

 

A: A Beginner rider is eligible to compete in any open class but not in an age group class. A class that say “Open” in the name or is described in the class structure as “open skill” allows Beginner “D” riders to race in.
